At Pilates Rejuvenation & Wellness, our instructors teach the classical method as developed in the 1920s by Joseph Pilates, who worked as a physical trainer. Some of the earliest beneficiaries of his training were wounded soldiers and professional dancers. Pilates created the exercises, as well as specific equipment to add benefits from resistance. We use Gratz equipment, which was the original manufacturer, to remain true to Pilates’ principles and for the maximum effectiveness.

Pilates Rejuvenation & Wellness is a fully equipped Pilates studio. This specialized apparatus makes the use of springs, pulleys and straps to provide assistance and/or resistance without any impact on joints. Pilates improves flexibility and posture, strengthens and tones the body, improves circulation and promotes the mind/body connection. Each class is 55 minutes of whole-body movement.
Far Infrared Sauna
Relax, detoxify, burn calories and Rejuvenate in our Infrared Sauna. Can't take the heat from the traditional saunas? Neither could we, that's why we only use the infrared sauna to unwind, recover and de-stress. Enjoy 45 minutes of pure relaxation and self-indulgence.
